Commitments to reduce illicit vape sales bring rise to the smart electronic cigarette

The UK government has unveiled a package of measures aimed at reducing smoking rates in England below 5% by 2030. One million smokers will be given free vaping starter kits, with behavioural support, while pregnant women will be offered up to £400 to quit smoking.
