Chris Shaw is the grandson of the legendary Sir Run Run Shaw (founder of the Shaw Brothers entertainment empire), is a media professional with 26 years of experience in motion picture acquisition in the US, Europe and Asia; film distribution and marketing across all licence rights, film/television project development, multi-platform digital content servicing as well as theatrical exhibition programming. Since 1999, his team was responsible for distributing the largest number of Oscars Best Picture nominees and winners including Green Book, Moonlight, Spotlight, 12 Years a Slave and The Imitation Game. The Shaw team also spearheaded the distribution of international tentpole franchises across all rights and holds the exclusive franchise for IMAX in Singapore.
Tony Miller

Tony Miller has worked in all areas of the entertainment industry heading up television and film production, international sales and distribution companies and has been responsible for negotiation and concluding well over 150 feature film and television projects. Initially he was COO/MD of, at the time, the leading independent international feature film and TV sales company. Tony was a Partner and CEO at Natural Nylon – the actor-based film production company jointly owned by Jude Law, Ewan McGregor, Jonny Lee Miller amongst others as well as Managing Director of its successful TV production sister company, Union Pictures, with responsibility for all creative output including series with BBC1 and Sony Television. Subsequently Tony was Managing Director of the joint venture UK theatrical distribution business for Odeon/UCI Cinemas and BSkyB acquiring, marketing and distributing feature film content from around the world for UK exploitation across all mediums and exploitation platform. Tony is now an independent television and feature film producer developing his own material in partnership with others.
Ian Lewis

Ian brings many years of experience as a senior executive in the media industry including over a decade running Sky’s film business when he oversaw the transformation of Sky Movies from a single platform linear proposition to Sky Cinema, a market leading multi-platform, digitally-led multi-delivery service whose initiatives were regularly imitated all around the world. His 12 years in role saw the launches of Europe’s first SVOD service (in 2007), Sky Movies HD, Sky Anytime, Sky Go, Now TV, Sky Store and Sky 3D. He launched Sky Movies Disney, created the movie Pop-up concept, Sky’s Premiere A Day strategy and Sky Cinema Original Films (including Extremely Wicked, Life Itself, Monster Family). Ian also served as Sky’s Director of Broadcasting, Controller for Sky One and led the Acquisition team, overseeing Sky’s major deals with the Hollywood studios and other partners. Amongst his many TV deals, Ian secured the UK rights to The Pacific, the success of which was the catalyst that led to the launch of Sky Atlantic.

Richard Sharkey has produced and is known for the following notable projects Shantaram, (2019), Warrior (10-part TV series 2019), two series of Marco Polo (2014), The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003) and John Adams (2008) amongst many other film and television projects.

Shelley Miller is an experienced writer and creator of film and television projects. Television includes: Rockface – Union Pictures/BBC 1 (2 series), McBride – Hallmark Channel (USA), Ravenmaster in development – 8-part fantasy drama series. Feature Film: Letters From A Killer – J&M Entertainment/JVC/HBO/Sky Premiere Movies, Heart of the Earth – Spanish/English/Portuguese co-production: IAC Films; Making It – Digital drama series for YouTube and Stylehaul; Helmsley – produced and financed by Greenpoint Media & Counterpoint Partnership, set for production 2020; Run Deep – produced and financed by Tinjo Films and Myriad Pictures, director Chuck Russell, production set for 2020.
Andrew Rice

Andrew Rice is a Co-Founding Partner of Adjuvo. He is also the Chairman of Rice Search Partners, a global financial services executive search boutique. Andrew has a twenty year track record within the Executive Search industry. He has built and led teams, as well as managed senior client relationships across the financial services sector. Specifically his expertise covers; private equity, capital markets, private wealth management, asset management and global emerging markets. Andrew’s vast personal network of contacts provides Adjuvo with access to a substantial pool of senior professionals. Rice Search Partners was created in 2013 following a successful MBO of the European business of Rice & Dore Associates. Andrew co-founded Rice & Dore Associates in 1997. He started his career in Executive Search in 1994. Andrew has a BA in Business Studies.
